Desert Oasis Phase 1 is an 80 Acre; 304 lot community currently under construction in the Desert Oasis Master Plan within the City of Surprise. Silver Fern Companies assisted Harvard Investments with full due diligence review, entitlements, schedule/budget prep and dry utility coordination. Otago Development acting as the General Contractor will oversee all project development. The three parcels within Phase 1 started mass grading in February 2020. The project will be complete by end of January 2021.
