Otago will partner with the owner’s design team to provide constructability comment, current market contractor pricing and estimated timing for delivery, while the project is in a conceptual design stage. Preconstruction Phase
Construction Phase
Thorough daily supervision, along with a coordinated accounting team, allows the owner to have one contact throughout the construction process. Field issues will arise; however, Otago will find an acceptable solution and coordinate the revision with the proper entity. We prepare weekly construction progress reports that outline the activities of the week and track important milestones, making it unnecessary for the owner to visit the site.
