The first phase of the final three phases of re-development of the Lakes at Rancho El Dorado III is underway. Silver Fern has completed replatting 4 parcels, Parcel 46, 59, and 44 / 47 and managed the improvement plan approvals on the first phase. Otago Development refurbished Powers Parkway Blvd for city acceptance as well as completed the final connection of the roadway with development of Parcel 49. Otago is currently mass grading Parcel 44/47 and moving forward with the rest of the civil improvements.
