Rancho Mirage is a master planned community within the Town of Maricopa. Silver Fern and Otago were tasked with the re-development of three parcels, Parcel 6, 7, and 19, which total 308 lots. These parcels were partially improved with wet utilities and dry utilities installed in 2006 and then the project was abandoned. Silver Fern worked with the City of Maricopa on a re-development process and managed the plan re-approvals meeting the city’s latest design guidelines along with designing around the existing utilities. Otago Development is finishing the improvements and reinstitution of the previously installed Global Water facilities.
